By accessing or using GJT Wallet ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
GJT Wallet provides an AES-256 encrypted credential management platform for IT teams and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). We offer both managed hosted plans (Starter, Business) and a self-hosted source code license. The specific features available depend on your chosen subscription plan.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@gjtglobe.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to: use the Service to store illegal content; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the hosted service; share your account credentials with others; use the Service to attack, harm, or gain unauthorized access to other systems; resell or sublicense the hosted service without our written consent; use automated bots or scrapers against the Service.
Managed hosting plans (Starter, Business) are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal. All prices are in USD. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. The self-hosted license is a one-time payment. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@gjtglobe.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.
The self-hosted license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use GJT Wallet source code on your own server(s) for your organisation's internal use. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or create derivative works for commercial distribution without our written permission. The license is tied to the purchasing email address and domain.
GJT Wallet, its name, logo, and all content are the intellectual property of GJT Globe (Private) Limited. The GJT Wallet trademark may not be used without express written consent. The self-hosted source code is licensed, not sold — ownership remains with GJT Globe (Private) Limited.
You retain full ownership of all credential data you store in GJT Wallet. We claim no rights to your data. We process your data only as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you store.
We strive for 99.9% uptime on managed hosting plans. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control (e.g. infrastructure provider outages, natural disasters, DDoS attacks).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GJT Globe (Private) Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GJT Globe (Private) Limited from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days notice of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
