You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period. If you are unhappy with the service, please contact us at support@gjtglobe.com before cancelling and we will do our best to resolve your issue.
If you purchase the self-hosted license and are unable to get GJT Wallet running on your hosting environment within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund. To qualify: (a) you must have attempted installation and contacted our support team, (b) your hosting must meet the minimum requirements (PHP 7.4+, MySQL 5.7+, cPanel), and (c) you must submit your refund request within 14 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, email support@gjtglobe.com with your order details.
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations: (a) you changed your mind after download and use of the self-hosted license, (b) you cancelled a monthly plan but want a refund for the current period, (c) your hosting environment does not meet minimum requirements and you were informed of this before purchase, (d) more than 14 days have passed since the license purchase, (e) you are in violation of our Terms of Service.
If you were accidentally charged twice, contact us immediately at billing@gjtglobe.com with your payment details. We will process a refund for the duplicate charge within 3 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider: Stripe refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days; PayPal refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider before contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably.
